Investment in the future with Atritor apprentices

They completed their first year of training off-site at Midland Group Training Services (MGTS) and joined us in August to continue their training in our factory. They will combine study and hands-on experience to achieve an HNC qualification over 4 years.

Young people who previously started their careers as apprentices between 10 and 30 years ago are now occupying key roles within the company. Nurturing talented young people and retaining them to add to our expert team is very important to us, as our service is based on knowledge and experience.
